It was just a proper fit for one night in Karlovy Vary with value for price. The swimming pool area was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. If you want good food, consider venturing out to nearby local cafes.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed Nordic Walking right from the hotel and loved the live music and cocktails at the Imperial Club. The staff was friendly, and the scenic location made everything feel relaxing. Rooms were spacious, making it a wonderful place to unwind together.
The spa facilities were somewhat lacking, as the description was hard to understand in English, and that made using them a bit frustrating.

My partner and I had a fine stay at Spa Hotel Imperial. The views from our room captivated us, and the breakfast at the Vienna restaurant uplifted our mornings. The service could improve, especially at check-in. We enjoyed the charm of this historic hotel during our short getaway.

We enjoyed the beautiful location atop the hill with gorgeous views. My teens loved the Nordic walking activities available right at the hotel. The Prague Restaurant had great food, and we appreciated the various options for our family's meals.
My kids wished for more engaging activities and better dining options for families. The service could use a friendlier touch, as some staff seemed indifferent.

The room was spacious and super comfy, which I absolutely loved. It was clean and had a really nice view that made hanging out there enjoyable. The vibe mixed old-world charm with modern touches, so it felt both luxurious and cozy. Also, the bed was perfect for catching some good sleep after a long day exploring.

The culinary experience was a highlight, especially the locally caught fish on offer—pure bliss! The hotel’s homemade food buffet was delightful, serving up tasty meals three times a day. The spa services were pretty nice too, with a range of treatments to choose from.
Though it was toasty in July and we were fans of comfort, the lack of air conditioning made it a struggle. Most staff seemed indifferent, but our waiter at the Vienna cafe was a bright spot.
